While Monica and Chandler plan their wedding, Ross tells them that he's plaining something for their wedding and they dont even know, untill they look across the street into Ross' apartment and hear him very loudley playing the bagpipes, so Monica and Chandler try and stop him. Joey finds out that his comatose character on Days of Our Lives will undergo a brain transplant in which he receives the brain of the show's venerated star Cecilia Monroe who plays Jessica Lockhart(played by guest star Susan Sarandon), but when he goes to her for advice, she is shocked to discover that she helps Joey to be a good Jessica and they end up spending the night together. And Rachel and Phoebe find a cell phone left behind by an attractive man, and wait for him to call so they can make a date with him, which leads to competition between them.

[edit] Production mistakes
The episode establishes that Phoebe’s apartment is at 5 Morton St., Apt. 14, which she gives over the phone. In real life, that building does not have an apartment 14. The apartments in that building are numbered 1A-5A, 1B-5B, and so forth until 5D.
