[edit] Plot
Monica and Chandler, who have been trying to keep their affair secret, are nearly caught taking a bubble bath together by Joey, but Monica manages to dive underwater until Joey leaves.
Rachel finally returns to New York and admits that her decision to tell Ross her feelings in London was a bad idea. Due to all of her mistakes, Rachel decides to let Monica make all of her romantic decisions. When Chandler gets up to leave, he gives Monica a passionate kiss, not fully comprehending that Rachel and Phoebe are also in the room. To cover, he gives Rachel and Phoebe similar kisses, to their amazement. (Also to cover, Monica suggests it was some sort of "European good-bye thing" he'd picked up in London. Rachel exclaims "That's not European!" and Phoebe quips "Well, it felt French.")
Monica quickly exercises her power over Rachel's love life, forcing her to go talk to a guy in Central Perk, which leads to a date. Rachel's date with Dave goes very well, but she decides to comfort Ross, who has been unable to contact his wife, Emily. Despite everyone telling her it is a bad idea, Rachel tells Ross that she is still in love with him. After some awkward laughter, Ross says that he is glad that Rachel told him.
Phoebe, who did not go to London for Ross's wedding because of her pregnancy, becomes jealous as the rest of the group is always talking about London. After Chandler's suggestion of the whole group having a picnic at Central Park is nixed by Phoebe, Ross comes up with the better idea of everyone going to Atlantic City for the weekend. When everyone is finally ready to go, Phoebe's water breaks. The trip is put on hold as the group takes Phoebe to the hospital so she can deliver the triplets.
