George thinks his girlfriend is perfect, except for one flaw; she has a weird looking nose, so Kramer encourages her to get rhinoplasty. Jerry is conflicted about his relationship with an actress whom he finds beautiful but with whom he has nothing in common. Georges girlfriend gets the rhinoplasty, but it is botched and George breaks up with her. However once it's fixed she's beautiful, and with Kramer, leaving George to rue his decision to break up with her.
