The New Neightbors is an episode of the American television sitcom Yes, Dear.

Jimmy and Christine strive to move out of Greg's guesthouse and into the newly-vacated place next door, but when Greg hits it off with an upper-class couple who are also prospective buyers, he hopes they become his new neighbors and not the Hughes. Eventually Greg has a change of heart when he finds out that the neighbors are snobs. They refuse to give in until Greg tells them he will prance around his yard naked when they have company. The Hughes buy the house.
