The Naked Gun (film series)

The Naked Gun is a series of three films written and produced by Jim Abrahams, David Zucker, and Jerry Zucker. It was based on their 1982 ABC television series Police Squad!, which was cancelled after only six episodes. David Zucker directed the first two films, with Peter Segal taking over as director for the third film.

This film series is number 13 on Bravo's 100 Funniest Movies.
