The Morells are a rock band from Springfield, Missouri. They released a record by the name of Shake and Push in 1982. The bands members are bassist and producer Lou Whitney and guitarist D. Clinton Thompson. As a producer and hired talent, they have worked with Dave Alvin, Jonathan Richman, Syd Straw, Robbie Fulks, Rudi Grayzell, The Bottle Rockets, Wilco, Clarence Brewer, The Del Lords and Eric Ambel
