[1] The Mikey Show is a morning show that airs on KIOZ Rock 105.3 in San Diego, California from 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. The show currently consists of six members: Mikey, Eddie, sarah, Sean, Ashlee, and Boston Rob.

The Mikey Show used to air on KSJO in San Jose and KEGL in Dallas, but was kicked off of both stations. He had done evening slot on KIOZ from 7:00 PM to 12:00 am from the late 90s until 2004, broadcasting from both San Jose and Dallas via satellite. His stint in the evening slot ended a week after he started broadcasting the morning drive in early 2004. His show is currently rated number 1 out of all of San Diego's morning shows. Mikey Show listeners are known as P1s. The rules of being a P1 are to turn your radio down when you call in, get to the point, don't cuss, and to listen exclusively to the Mikey Show in the morning.

Age 36. Host of the show. His real name is Mike Esparza. He is 5'6, and his last known weight is 246 pounds. He is married to Rebecca Esparza, who gave birth to their son Jake on September 9th, 2006. He is a recovering alcoholic who went to the Betty Ford clinic, and he has also recovered from addictions to cocaine, tobacco, and sex, as well as being a former bulimic. He is a devout Christian, and often talks about how Jesus Christ helped him recover from his addictions. He is extremely neurotic, and often takes things much more personally than they were meant. He is 100% Mexican. San Diego billboards for the show use his Christianity, neurosis, and his being a Mexican as topics. He is known for his hatred of the Bay Area, despite the fact that he used to broadcast there. He has a severe dislike for Katherine McPhee and Michelle Rodriguez, and is the only member of the show without a MySpace account (due to his former porn addiction, and MySpace's penchant for including pictures of nearly-nude women). He does numerous impersonations, including OJ Simpson, Hannibal Lector, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lars Ulrich, his "child" cousin Betto, and Droopy, as well as the show's own Ashlee, Boston Rob, and numerous different Sky impersonations. His most famous impersonation of Sky is done in his Hannibal Lector voice. His wife, Rebecca, often calls in at his request, during topics of discussion that they can both relate to as a couple. His father Danny and mother Esther have been on the air, as well. He has a great relationship with his father, but had a relatively tenuous relationship with his mother growing up. He is the last child of the family, and claims that his constant craving of attention as a kid stayed with him all the way up to today, which is why he will do almost anything to increase his ratings.

Age 33. Producer and sports guy, and Mikey's best friend since 1986. His full name is Eddie Pappani. He is 6'0, and weighs in at 224 pounds. His nickname is the Oracle. He is typically known to be the ladies' man of the show, though he is now engaged to Debra. He is very laid-back and is often the calming voice of reason when someone pisses Mikey off. He is half Mexican, half Italian, and is very passionate about food. He lost a bet from the Show's own "Biggest Loser" contest, and had to stand at the corner of Friars Road and Frazee holding a sign that said "HONK FOR WOMAN'S (sic) RIGHTS" while wearing a pink "GIRL POWER" t-shirt. He is deathly afraid of Killer Whales, and loves women with a scratchy, Lindsay Lohan-esque voice. His most famous impersonations include George W. Bush, OJ Simpson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Ramsey. He once had a stalker named Amy who constantly called into the show, claiming they made out in front of Moondoggies. Legal action was taken, so it was thought that he got a restraining order against her.

Age 28. News girl, and often the butt of jokes on the show. Her real name is Lorraine Williams. She is 5'7 and weighs in at 129 pounds. Her nicknames include "the beating", "Sky 2", "Captain Killjoy and the Bring Me Downs", and "Free Lunch". Her husband's name is Eddie (not Eddie from the show), though the cast of the show now refers to him as Donkey Kong after Sky once bragged about the size of his genitalia on-air. Her middle name is Allen, which she claims is in accordance with a family tradition. She is very liberal and is a feminist, which leads the guys on the show to make fun of her, claiming that she goes entirely the other way and is rich, owns a helicopter and a black manservant named Ramsey, who is voiced by Eddie during show skits. Her "helicopter" is named the Donkey Kong II, after her husband. Her husband is Mexican, but she has a thing for black guys, including an ongoing crush on San Diego Chargers offensive lineman, Roman Oben. During "Do You Sound Hot", she used to claim that she likes a confident-sounding voice, and now the entire crew razzes her anytime the word Confidence is used on the show, which leads them to replace it with nonsensical phrases such as "Kadunkadunk" and "Ba-doop-a-doop". She often discusses on-air various issues that come up between her and her husband, including a supposed incident of "accidental" anal sex while in the tub. She is also known for her love of honeybaked ham, which leads to the guys making fun of her for it and for her dislike of Costco ham. She received a customer appreciation award from the Honeybaked Ham store. She lost a cooking contest against Eddie, and because of that, she had to stand on the corner of Friars and Frazee in a French-maid outfit holding a sign that says "I'm a beating" on one side, and "Women should be seen and not heard" on the other. Hundreds of P1s showed up in person for this event, and thousands drove in to see her outside, which caused a massive traffic jam in San Diego that day.

Age 36. Sound effects guy, and writer for the show. His full name is Sean King. He is anywhere between 6'3" and 6'6" (claims differ) and tips the scales at 340 pounds. His wife's name is Dina, and he never really talks about her on the show. He broadcasts and plays sound effects live from his office in San Francisco. He is known for his germophobia and his love of 80s music. He often makes inappropriate comments and causes all-around chaos during the show, sometimes to the chagrin of the rest of the cast, but those combined with his random BDSM references have made him a fan favorite on the show. He currently updates the Mikey Show website, including Sean's Friend of the Day, which is a daily collection of pictures of people who are very ugly, fat, weird-looking, or just plain gross. He begins hacking and wheezing when he laughs too hard, which is one thing he has become known for on the show. He runs an underground porn store out of his garage. Sean wears convertible pants that unzip into shorts and shoes that are also slippers, which Betto has called "shants" and "sloes", much to Sean's chagrin. Sean's fans are called "Pigs". Sean flies down from San Jose for important events, like the 28-hour show, or the recent "Operation: Sticker Strike". Sean is forced to sign off at 10AM Pacific Time due to work commitments. Sean does not shake hands, and the reason he did not move down to San Diego with the rest of the group was because he would have to shake hands with the guests that would stop by.

Age 23, almost 24. Stunt-boy, phone screener, and Main Man for the show. His real name is unknown, but is assumed to be Rob or Robert. He is 5'8 1/2 and weighs in at 166 pounds. He is the "bad boy" of the Mikey Show, and is known for smoking and previously known for his habit of hooking up with lots of women. His girlfriend's name is Sarah. He is known for his thick Boston accent and his love of all things having to do with Boston sports. He absolutely hates Yankees SS Derek Jeter. During the "Biggest Loser" contest, he won by means of anorexia, and is often referred to as "manorexic" by Mikey, although he has been eating healthier since the end of the competition. He claims that he spent all of the money that he won in that competition, on food. He received an out of state DUI in 2005, but he rarely drinks anymore since the Biggest Loser competition. Mikey and Eddie imitate his voice (especially his accent) so often that sometimes their imitations are more recognizable than his voice. He particularly laughs hard when Mikey and Eddie begin making ham jokes at Sky. He usually says about 3 words a day. In his earlier years, he worked at a radio station and went by the name of "Robbie Shades". "B Rob" frequently receives e-mails from Redsox.com, which diverts his attention from the show. Often, this gets him into trouble with Mikey and the rest of the show.

Age 23. Assistant producer and phone screener for the show. Her real name is Sara Long. She is 5'7 and weighs 132. She is the "hot chick" or "dumb blonde" of the show, and is known for often misusing words, as well as her love for partying. She calls Mikey "Papa" and Sean "Uncle Nana" and often gives nicknames to show guests (including Keenan McCardell as Big Daddy Kee). Ashlee has made famous "Tone Def Karoake" - where she sings songs so off-key that they are barely recognized. She is a huge fan of the UFC and Mixed Martial Arts in general, and she works as a promotor for Total Combat. She attended SDSU, but left school to concentrate on the show. She tends to be extremely feisty, and often gets into long, drawn-out arguments with Mikey. She often defends Sky when the rest of the cast is making fun of her, although she laughs extremely hard when Mikey and Eddie are doing the Sky and Ramsey bit. She recently flooded her apartment after she fell asleep (passed out) on her couch after starting her bathtub to take a bath. She has yet to take responsibility for this and attributes it to "wet bandits" who are going around flooding apartments. Her father is an FBI agent.

He was replaced by B-Rob and Ashlee after he played an uncensored clip of a dirty joke regarding oral sex. His real name is Rick and is now known as Producer Budweiser on the BC and Clint show in the afternoons on Rock 105.3. Also goes by the nicknames of Fish, and Boy Wonder. Tells a story about how he was attacked by a bear.
