The Marina Torch is a tower currently under construction for the Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates with an expected completion date of June 2008.

Original concept designed by Khatib & Alami, the tower will reach 345 metres (1,132 feet) will cover a total built up area of 111,832 m² (1.2 million ft2). The tower will sit on 3 underground floors and a 4-storey podium block. The Torch tower will have 80 floors containing 504 apartments with 128 1-bedroom, 128 2-bedroom, 68 3-bedroom, and 4 duplex apartment suites.

The three underground floors and four podium levels of the Torch tower will be used for car parking for 536 vehicles, while floors 5 and 6 will contain a swimming pool, health club, gymnasium, cafeteria, aerobic rooms and sit-out cover seal terraces.
