[edit] Ownership

The Mall at Fairfield Commons is owned by the Glichmer Properties, the owners of the Dayton Mall. Recently, Beavercreek approved for the development of an another up scale mall known as The Greene. This decision has pushed for the development for a lifestyle center located near the property. The Mall of Fairfield Commons also spurred similarities such as the Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio.
