This fantasy-themed Courage the Cowardly Dog adventure is the premiere to season 2. It included 3D effects in the magic tree. This episode is famous for the tree's glamorous appearance.

Courage finds some magic seeds that grow a tree outside the farmhouse. Whatever any of them wish for comes true at the tree's hands. Eustace, however, feels he should be providing what the tree does and wants to destroy it. Eustace unintentionally wishes that Muriel would grow a bigger head, making her head grotesquely large. Courage finds that the only hope to find a cure is the tree. The tree speaks to Courage telling him that by the time the cure can be ready, he will be cut down. Courage must defend the tree from Eustace, but the tree's prophecy comes true. Eustace manages to cut down the tree. Before the tree dies, it tells Courage how to cure Muriel. Courage cures her, but now Eustace has the same illness Muriel does. He is now impossible to cure since the tree has been cut down.

  • Although Eustace plays the villain in this story, he's more selfless than in most, wanting to provide Muriel and Courage with what the tree does. It proves that he at least wants Muriel's respect since he's jealous of all the attention the tree's getting.
