The Madison Observer

The Madison Observer is a bi-weekly campus and community publication in Madison, WI. It was started in 2003 as an alternative to the two daily University of Wisconsin-Madison campus papers, the Badger Herald and The Daily Cardinal. The founders did not see a truly progressive voice represented in these two papers and thus saw the need to create a new newspaper.
