The Lizzie McGuire Movie (soundtrack)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Lizzie McGuire Movie's soundtrack is mostly composed of songs from the platinum-selling soundtrack, The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003), or inspired by it. It includes Hilary Duff's "Why Not" and sister Haylie's "Girl in the Band". "Why Not" was released as a single outside the United States on June 23, 2003 and later included on Hilary Duff's second album, Metamorphosis.
The cover says that "Girl in the Band" is not in the movie, but it is. When Lizzie's parents and Mrs. Ungermyer are rushing into Ethan's hotel room, he is listening to "Girl in the Band" on his portable CD player. It also says "Volare" by Vitamin C is not in the movie but it is in the scene where Pablo and Lizzie are on the motorcycle. The album has been certified platinum by the CRIA and gold by the RIAA
