The King of Fighters Neowave is a fighting game by SNK Playmore, released in 2004 for the Sammy Atomiswave arcade platform. It has been ported to the Xbox in the USA and Japan and the PlayStation 2 in Japan and Europe only due to problem releasing it in the US. The game is set in an alternate timeline, and was seen as an excuse to include characters from the Orochi saga and NESTS saga in one game on the Atomiswave hardware that did not make the cut into King of Fighters XI.
