Chicago's The Killing Tree, who features members of Rise Against (Tim McIlrath and ex-guitarist Todd Mohney), have forged a diverse and uncanny sound which sustains itself on the inner most pathos of dark desperation, broken hearts, and shattered memories. The band unleash a fervor of raw, scathing emotion backed with dynamic, melodic, metallic, and indie math rock stylings that transmit a truly unique sound.
The Killing Tree has produced two EP's and one full length album, over the 5 years the band was together.
