The Khujand Plov

The Khujand Plov is an English-language parody newspaper that covers topics in Tajikistan and its surrounding region. It is the second newspaper from Fakeguys Publications Ltd.
The Plov's articles typically cover the problems and funny situations that an expat has while living in Tajikistan, along with politics, local culture and neighboring countries.
Although Dushanbe is the Tajik capital, Khujand (formerly Leninabad) is the second largest city and is located in the Ferghana Valley region in the north. Khujand has many development projects, and thus the second-largest expat population in the country.
Six issues of the Plov have been published to date.
