[edit] Synopsis
Alan Richards does not believe in the curse a shaman put on him, his wife, and his company for building a dam through the natives’ village. As he leaves for work, his wife tells him he will not return alive. When he opens his door, he sees the carcass of a goat lying outside.
Later he is in a bar with a friend discussing the dam and how ridiculous this “lion curse” is. They leave the bar, but the lion-tooth charm his wife has given him is left behind. The friend drives away, and Alan starts up his car, but it breaks down. No one is there to help, so he walks until he finds a taxi, which picks him up and suddenly stops. The driver is dead. Alan walks on, now hearing animal noises. He meets a bum and offers him money to accompany him through the park. The bum doesn't hear any animal noises. Alan runs home and the animal noises stop. He enters his bedroom and finds his wife’s body on the bed, along with a lion. The lion attacks him.
