The Vacation in Europe series take place during season 4, so the Technodrome is still in Dimension X. This episode of the show was written by John Fox. It originally aired on October 23, 1993, on CBS.
Krang and The Shredder try to use the Republic of Ireland as their base for the Technodrome. Krang has a new invention called the Rainbow Trans-Charmer, which can turn small animals like sheep and rabbits into monsters.
On their trip to Europe, the turtles and Splinter visit the Republic of Ireland.
The turtles and Splinter by the monster-sheep and track Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady to the Dublin Zoo, where they are transforming the animals into monsters. April O'Neil is also in the Republic of Ireland, and gets trapped by the monster animals in the zoo, and is saved by the turtles.
When the turtles are staying near a castle, Krang tries to pull the castle up through the Dimensional portal. But Michaelangelo gets hit by the Rainbow Trans-Charmer and turns into a giant turtle and defeats Shredder and then uses his strength to pull the castle down to the ground, overloading Krang's portal generator. Michaelangelo then jumps in the Rainbow Trans-Charmers beam again, to get his normal size.
