The ICEE Company produces ICEE brand slushies, beverages, and Italian ice pops. Its flagship product is the ICEE -- a Frozen Carbonated Beverage that comes in various fruit and soda flavors. The company's mascot is an anthropomorphic cartoon polar bear.
The ICEE Company is a division of J & J Snack Foods Corporation and is located in Ontario, California, USA.
The ICEE Company holds the original patents on Omar Knedlik's Frozen Carbonated Beverage machine, which was licensed to 7-eleven in 1967 as the Slurpee. [citation needed]
Today the Icee Company, has over 30,000 Icee machines across the United States, which serves 300 million Icees a year.
