The Hunch Backs or Ngau Ngak Shan (牛押山) is the ninth highest hill in Hong Kong. Peaked at 674 m, it is at the north of Ma On Shan.

There is also a Hunch Back in Merrillville, Indiana at the residence of Michael Gough on 69th avenue.
