The Henley College

The Henley College is a sixth form college in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England. It is the only tertiary college in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The college offers academic and vocational courses. The college has its origins in Henley Grammar school which was founded in 1604 under a charter granted by King James the first. In 1976 the Grammar School became King James's College, the amalgamation of which in 1987 with the Henley Technical College formed the present institution.
