The Hank McCune Show was an American television comedy notable for apparently being the first show to incorporate a laugh track.
It first aired at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on September 9, 1950 on NBC, and was short-lived. The show was about "a likeable blunderer, a devilish fellow who tries to cut corners only to find himself the sucker."
