The Guest is an album by Phantom Planet, released on November 4, 2002. It was reissued by Epic Records in 2003; this reissue included four bonus tracks, music videos, photos, and lyrics scanned from the notebook in which the album was originally written.
The album produced the band's breakthrough hit, "California", which has been featured as theme song of the Fox show, The O.C..
The track "Lonely Day" also features on the Smallville soundtrack.
