The Green Goblin's Last Stand is a 1992 fan film by (and starring) Dan Poole, based on the story in Marvel Comics' The Amazing Spider-Man #121 and 122, "The Night Gwen Stacy Died".

The Making of The Green Goblin's Last Stand told the story of the film's production. It was honored at the Nodance Film Festival, where it won "Best Documentary" and "Golden Orbs Award for Best Guerrilla Marketing."
