Emily and Richard are very happy when Lorelai and Chris attend Friday Night dinner together as a couple that are together. Christopher tells Lorelai that Sherry wants to see GiGi and Lorelai says she missed her chance and she should'nt be able to see her and that she is just using Chris. Chris gets defencive and Lorelai says that Sherry walking out like that is not the same as Chris not being there for Rory when she is 16 and she never meant to insult him. Lorelai is infuriated that Chris would even consider allowing her to see GiGi.

Logan comes into town as a surprise to Rory to acquire a new internet company and tells her there are cosmos on the roof shooting from the sky and she should go on the roof so she does and Logan is up there with a whole platter of stuff, the cheese she likes, champagne, some pillows and blankets. They have a good romantic time kissing and catching each other up. Although he has to leave the next day at 10:00 the next day.

Later Logan invites Rory to a dinner with his co-workers Bobby who Rory thought was a guy but is a girl and phillip and Nick. Rory is threatened by Bobby who she thinks is beautiful and will try to steal Logan away. Rory realizes she has no connection in Logan's world and she wanted to get more involved.

Stars Hollow has a terrible odor from pickles and Taylor does not want to have to pay the money but at the town meeting the town decides to pay for the money much to Taylor's detest. Luke gets a new Black hat to show he is over Lorelai.
