The Grand Vizier's Garden Party is a three part instrumental of Pink Floyd's Ummagumma album. All three songs are written by Nick Mason following the structure of the album in which each band member made their own composition. Like the majority of songs on the album, it is a highly experimental track and is divided into parts; Entrance, Entertainment and Exit.

[edit] Composition

  • Part 1 Entrance, is a short flute and drum instrumental running for 1:00 minute.
  • Part 2 Entertainment, is a lot different featuring a variety instruments going for roughly 7:00 minutes.
  • Part 3 Exit, ends with a flute combination and only runs for roughly 0:30 seconds.
