The Garden of the Finzi-Continis (Italian: Il giardino dei Finzi-Contini) is a film adaptation of Giorgio Bassani's novel of the same name. It was directed by Vittorio de Sica in 1971. It stars Lino Capolicchio as Giorgio (the narrator).
It won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and was nominated for Best Screenplay Based on Material from Another Medium. It won the Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival.
