The Garden is actually Phase 2 of Mid Valley Megamall. Construction work is currently going on.

The most possible reason why there is traffic jam at Mid Valley Megamall is because of this construction work. It is going to be a huge attraction at Mid Valley when it is done.

While one passes Mid Valley, beware of this traffic jam. It might take hours to get out of the traffic jam.
