The Furkindred is a furry shared universe media property published by MU Press.

It consists of a mixture of comic book and text fiction stories set in an alternative Earth where a strange meteor strike in prehistory that envelopes the planet with a bizarre energy that prevents the evolution of humanity while most other mammalian species develop sapient intelligent variants along with the ability of speech, with a notable subgroup developing bipedal humanoid configurations. In addition, psionic abilities and magic manipulation abilities are also present in various forms.

The series proper ran for 3 issues. There is also a graphic novel spin-off called Let Sleeping Gods Lie, drawn by Terrie Smith, which features the adventures of the most popular characters, Ian and Morgan. This pair were originally a pair of adventurers who ran into trouble during a shared astral projection and found themselves placed in the bodies of two mystically lobotomized prisoners in that world and escaped to become wanted fugitives.
