Tod the fox kit and Copper the hound puppy are still leading their mischievous lives, but when Copper wants to search for his inner talent, it leads to a trip to the county fair. When a small Setter named Dixie quits The Singin' Strays, a howling country and western dog band, Copper joins the band, leading to conficts between him and Tod.

  • The tagline for this movie was "Friends Forever."
  • This movie has many songs such as "Good Doggie...No Bone", "We're In Harmony", "We Go Together", "Blue Beyond", "Hound Dude" and an unreleased song "Girlfriend".
  • The movie may focus more about Dixie and Cash and mostly on how Dixie wants her life to be a true understanding part of her spotlight as singing diva dog from the group called "The Singin Strays".
  • The new characters are Dixie, Cash, Ryder , Lyle, Ceil and Ger the Raccoons, The Dog Band and the Fox kits.
  • In the trailer the stage where they sing is the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville, with the background barn set on stage. Disney is working with many popular country singers and the Country Music Television cable network to promote this film. [1]
