The Four Guardian Kings

Note: The Four Guardian Kings are not to be confused with the Four Guardian Kings of Buddhism.
The Four Guardian Kings were the legendary retainers that served under Minamoto no Yorimitsu (who is also widely known as Raiko) during the Heian period of the 12th century in Japan.
The Guardians consist of the following:
- Sakata no Kintoki - known as Kaidomaru in his past. Kintoki originated from the House of Suzaku
- Urabe no Suetake - Originated from the House of Sōryū
- Usui Sadamitsu - only female retainer of Raiko. Originated fron the House of Genbu
- Watanabe no Tsuna - Originated from the House of Byakko
