The Flametrick Subs are a Psychobilly band based in Austin, Texas. Formed in 1989 by lead vocals/guitarist, Buster Crash and lead guitarist, Clem Hoot. The Flametrick Subs are known for their raw, high energy-filled live performances. The Subs, as they are known to fans, claim influence from such acts as Johnny Cash, The Cramps, and The Ramones. They are joined by a troupe of go-go dancers named the Satan's Cheerleaders.
