The Final Sprint (TFS) is a weblog about running, fitness and nutrition that started in May of 2006. It was founded by Adam Jacobs, Adam Berger and Doug Berger. It is a member of the Dabbledoo Media Network of Blogs. The weblog is updated several times each day with news, advice, editorials and product reviews.
TFS's content includes commentary on: marathons, training, sports nutrition, NCAA cross country, track and field, weightlifting, healthy eating, hydration, sports psychology, sports injury prevention, vitamins, nutritional supplements, running shoes, gear and apparel. TFS has several regular columns, including: Coaches Corner, Baby Boomer Running and SPOTLIGHT. Their other featured content includes: interviews, training plans, product reviews and live race coverage.

The Final Sprint began with five writers and featured bi-weekly articles. Within six months TFS reported an average monthly growth rate of 174% and approximately 50,000 impressions per month. As of 2006, TFS has a staff of more than 25 editors, writers and interns.
- In August 2006, Runner's World began featuring TFS's daily content in their Motivation:Blogs section.
- On September 1, 2006, TFS initiated their College Internship Program; offering college credit to qualified undergraduate and graduate students to intern in their editorial, marketing, graphic design and IT departments.
- In November 2006, TFS expanded their content to include live race coverage. They first reported on the 2006 ING New York City Marathon live from the race course and headquarters at Tavern on the Green in Central Park.
- Later in November 2006, Reuters began featuring TFS's daily content in their Health Blog Posts section.
