The Emperor's New Joe / Schnit-heads was the second episode of the third season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life.

In this story, Rocko becomes the next "victim" for the Chameleon Bros. newest coffee "scam." They tell him the story of when they lived in Balzack, which was ruled by a tyrannical ruler who's only concern was keeping his kingdom trendy. Chuck and Leon were his servants of fashion, and when he demands coffee, things take a turn for the worst. If the CB's don't get some coffee, they'll live in prison.

In this story, Heffer becomes the latest "sausage club" member, but these people aren't just club members, they WORSHIP sausage.
