The Economist's Worlds Most Livable Cities is a World's Most Livable Cities list published by The Economist. It is based on the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) survey on the basis of each city's cultural attributes, climate, cost of living, and social conditions such as crime rates and health care. Melbourne, Australia and Vancouver, Canada regularly top the list.
