The Divorce is a rock band from Seattle, Washington. Originally composed of Shane Berry, Jimmy Curran and Kyle Risan, their first full-length release was There Will Be Blood Tonight on Fugitive Records in 2003. While touring in support of There Will Be Blood Tonight they added Garrett Lunceford, formerly of Acceptance, to their lineup on lead guitar. Continued local popularity and frequent shows presaged the release of their second album, The Gifted Program, released on Made In Mexico Records in 2005.
