The Foreign Office, in an attempt at budget cuts, decides to set a precedent by retiring Secret Intelligence Service agent Sam McCready. McCready - the head of Deception, Disinformation and Psychological Operations (“DD and PsyOps”) - protests his case at a hearing and four of his most celebrated cases are recounted.
