The Crust is a British television series about a pizza parlour which was originally shown by CBBC. It is currently on hiatus.

Gran'ma Flossie is the boss of the Crust. She is best friends with Tom, and the grandmother of Archie and Angel. Her biggest rival is Fred Toppings, the head of Top Toppings, a rival pizza take-out. She is shown to be extremely fit, despite her age. She also admires the Queen, and two times, has attempted to get her to notice the Crust. In "Pizza Passion", it is revealed that Flosse is not so good at sports when she is blindfolded. Her last name is hinted to be 'crust'. She also tends to forget Ellis' name.
Tom is a young boy, who often is seen with Flosse. She and Tom are best friends and so several things together. He usually attempts to find out the secret ingredient in Flosse's special sauce. He is also revealed to, take over the Crust.
Archie is a young adult, who is the main pizza chef. He is shown to be extremely vain over his job, and, to be a ladies man. Gran'ma or other characters will call him 'Archibald'. His main desire, is for him and his buddy Ellis to become music stars.
Ellis is also young adult. Unlike Archie, he is more interested in no longer working for the Crust, despite having a strange relationship with Flosse. He used to have a girlfriend, Melanie, but despite breaking up with her, she still thinks that they are still dating. In the first episode, Ellis was used by Flosse to win the pizza delivery race.
Angel is a girl, who answers the telephone. She is rude towards the person she is speaking to when she feels like it. In most episodes, Angel gets the last laugh, but in the last episode, it is Archie who gets the last laugh. She is shown to love talking on her phone.
Missy is Gran'ma's pet goat. Gran'ma adores Missy, even more than her own staff. Missy usually is first one to get in the trouble in most episodes. Her trademark is farting.
Jack is one of Gran'ma's delivery crew. He is never seen, except in "Pizza Problems". He usually gets into trouble, by normal or ludicrus ways. His role is usually minor, but in the episodes, "Pizza Potions" and "Pizza Promotion", his role becomes a factor in the main plot. In "Pizza Problems", Jack becomes the central focus of the episode, by leaving the Crust. Despite coming back at the end of the episode, he is never seen, or heard of, again.
Melanie is a girl who pops up around the Crust. She is the former girlfriend of Ellis, and is shown to still think they are dating. She is also psycohtic, and appeared up to "Pizza Press", in which she sees Ellis with a take-away critic and thinks he has officially dumped her.

1. Pizza Professionals: It's the annual big pizza delivery race and the Crust is determined to win against Top Toppings. When an accident with the athlete they are using occurs, Ellis is chosen. Can he win?

2. Pizza Prizes: When a cowboy steals the Crust's customers, Archie comes up with an idea of giving away a golden ticket.

3. Pizza Portraits: Archie makes a Pizza that looks like the Queen. When Flosse cashes in, it becomes a disaster.

4. Pizza Potions: When Flosse breaks her leg, it is up to the gang to keep the Crust alive. But when they smash the last jar of special sauce, and Jack is kidnapped by a mob of pizza-haters, can the gang make some more sauce - even without the secret ingredient?

5. Pizza Promotion: Flosse orders Archie, Ellis and Angel to make an advert. But what happens when Angel turns out to be the star of the advert? Meanwhile, Tom and Jack attempt to get Missy back.

6. Pizza Punishment: Archie and Ellis are finally leaving the Crust! But their excitement turns to downfall when Archie's replacement is revealed to be a robot called Susan! And what are her intentions?

7. Pizza Lost Property: When a customer leaves behind a box, the gang suspects that it is magic! But will Ellis destroy it before Melanie gets her hands on it? Meanwhile, Tom and Gran'ma play practical jokes.

8. Pizza Panic: The curse of the four cheeses pizza falls on the Crust! Can the gang survive a four-year curse?

9. Pizza Problems: When Jack leaves, a hunk called Gordon replaces him! Will Ellis also leave the Crust when Jack's bad luck falls on him?

10. Pizza Parties: Archie and Ellis are invited to the Blaster party! However, Gran'ma has other plans!

11. Pizza Popstars: Gran'ma's away from the Crust, and Archie and Ellis are about to become famous! Will Tom stop them from persuring their dreams?

12. Pizza Passion: Archie gets a girlfriend, while Angel finds someone who likes her snappy style!

13. Pizza Press: The Crust is about to be reviewed by Shelly Winters, but will Top Toppings ruin their big day?

14. Pizza Plaster: Archie and Ellis are about to leave the Crust! There is just one thing stopping them: the final count on the Pizza debt chart!

15. Pizza Panther: There is a panther on the loose! Will Flosse catch it? And how will Angel use this to her advantage?
