The Corner is a collection of student shops, bookstores, cafes, and night spots on University Avenue in Charlottesville, Virginia. It is the center of student life at the University of Virginia.

Always bustling, The Corner is especially active at noon. Faculty and staff adjourn there for lunch, where they mingle with students. Patrons of the Corner's sidewalk cafes can be found spending time over a good book or simply sipping coffee and people watching.^[1]

A stone's throw away from Rugby Road, the University's fraternity and sorority district, The Corner is always alive with students and townspeople frequenting its many local bars and restaurants.
