The Collector's Series Volume One is Céline Dion's compilation, her eight English album and twenty seventh in total (if counting the French ones). It was released on October 23, 2000. The album was re-named Tout en Amour in France.

It's a compilation of some of Céline's biggest hits and few collectable rare songs (mainly previously unheard in the United States). The Collector's Series Volume One features "The Power of the Dream" from the opening ceremony of the 1996 Summer Olympics, as well as duets, French, Spanish and Japanese songs. It also includes singles like "Where Does My Heart Beat Now," "Only One Road," "Falling into You," "The Reason" and "That's the Way It Is."
Tout en Amour Limited Edition inluded 12 colour postcards with unreleased photos of Céline.

Although The Collector's Series Volume One wasn't promoted in any way, the album has sold 3.5 million copies worldwide, topping the chart in France, and reaching top five in Canada and Greece. It was certified gold in eight countries.
