The Coen Brothers can refer to two sets of brothers:
- Joel and Ethan Coen are the writers and directors of such films as Raising Arizona, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and The Big Lebowski.
- In the world of Irish traditional music, there are also two Coen brothers, Jack and Father Charlie, who play wooden flute and concertina, respectively. They are well-known exponents of the music of County Clare, Ireland in the United States.
