The Chainheart Machine is the second album released by the Swedish melodic death metal band Soilwork. It is by far their most technical, intricate, and "heaviest" work. Later albums would become increasingly accessible and popular, but The Chainheart Machine remains a favorite of many long-time fans and frequently features in the band's live set.
