[edit] Plot

Kramer continues to mess with the cable guy. George's obsession with Marisa Tomei makes Susan suspicious. George receives Marisa's phone number and must now create an alibi involving Elaine and her "boyfriend" Art Vandelay. Morty's only testimony is from the woman from whom Jerry stole the marble rye ("The Rye") to prevent him from impeachment. The vote is reversed when Mabel hears Jack Klompus refer to her as an old bag and remembers Jerry used that statement when he stole her loaf of marble rye on the street. Susan thinks George is having an affair with Elaine while George meets up with Marisa Tomei behind Susan's back. George's plan to pick up Marisa backfires when he tells her he is engaged. Elaine calls Jerry in Florida and tells him she wants to come and join him. The cable guy zeros in on Kramer, but he gets away. George's meeting with Marisa doesn't go as well as planned and Susan thinks he he's having an affair with Elaine. The cable guy concedes defeat.
