[edit] Plot

Matt (Lively) and John (Hudson) are two brothers that are heading to an exotic island for a week of fun and relaxation. The brothers are joined by three friends, Nicki (Rodriguez), Sara (Manning), and Noah (Harper). The group's intention while on the island is simply to have fun together. One of the friend's is attacked by a wild (unknowingly mutated) dog while on the island. This attack prompts the others to want to leave the island as soon as possible. When they began to pack up and leave the group finds out that their plane is wrecked and they are virtually stranded where they are. As time passes by, the group realizes they are being hunted by a pack of these dogs and must do everything they can to fight back and avoid any more attacks. They still plan on making it off the island but the pack of dogs intend on them not making it off the island alive...
