[edit] Synopsis

In this episode, the Democratic National Convention in Atlanta, Georgia has finally began. It is revealed that Jack and his campaign are working with candidate Jesse Jackson's campaign to support a redistribution of the superdelegates, making the convention an open convention. A man named Billy Ridenhour is selected to lead the superdelegate process; he is a true professional who is determined, intense, and very familiar with the process.

During the voting for the superdelegate process, Jack creates another publicity stunt by going out onto the floor during voting, which is something that has never been done during a convention.

As it turns out, the voting for the superdelegate process does not go as plans and it begins to seem as if Jesse Jackson had used Jack's staff to do his work for him. Billy leaves the room angrily, and it looks as if the Tanner campaign is coming to an end.
