The Big Question/The Big Answer was the eleventh episode of the third season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life.

In this Story, Filburt decides he is going to pop the question to the woman of his dreams, Dr. Hutchinson. However, it appears as though Hutch has another boyfriend, Tiger from high school. Filburt, Heffer, and Rocko have to find a way to get him away from her so Filb can pop the question.

In this Story, Dr. Hutchinson's and Filburt's plans for the wedding create a chaotic situation for everyone involved. Hutch's mom says that cats and turtles don't mix, and she is very right. At the wedding, the families get into a big fight. But there's a reason Widow Hutchison doesn't like turtles.
