The Avenues is a shopping mall located in Southside of Jacksonville, Florida. It is located at the intersection of US 1 (Phillips Highway) and Interstate 95 (exit 339). It is near the intersection of Philips Highway and Southside Blvd and has 5 anchors, including Sears, Dillard's, Parisian, Belk, and JCPenney. The mall has two shopping levels and contains a parking garage. It is owned by Simon Malls. Some of the stores inside of the mall include: Gap Kids, Gap, Pottery Barn, EBGames, Aeropostale, Abercrombie and Fitch, Oakley, Express, Ann Taylor, Williams-Sonoma, and Coach.
