The Audreys

The Audreys are an Australian blues/roots band who formed in 2004. The band members are Taasha Coates (voice, melodica, harmonica, ukelele), Tristan Goodall (reso-phonic, acoustic & electric guitars, banjo), Mikey G (violin, lap steel guitar, harmonies), Lyndon Gray (double bass, harmonies) and Toby Lang (drums, harmonies).

The band's debut album Between Last Night And Us was released in February 2006, and features the singles "Oh Honey", "You and Steve McQueen" and "Don't Change".[1] Between Last Night And Us won the 2006 ARIA award for best Blues & Roots Album.

In Australia, The Audreys are signed to ABC Roots/Warner Music Australia, and have appeared at festivals such as A Day on the Green, Woodford, Red Hill Harvest Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival, The Great Escape and The East Coast Blues & Roots Festival.[2] The band has also played numerous shows and festivals overseas, and recently signed with Canadian independent label True North Records.
