To-do list for The "What Time Is Love?" Story: edit · history · watch · refresh
  • Expand lead section, which should act as a sufficient summary of the article and assert (with the article backing up the claims with inline cites of course) the album's importance (whether small/major).
  • Expand 'Origin' section with a brief recap of KLF/WTIL (and perhaps rename as "Context"); the relevance of Alex Paterson.
  • A new editor has introduced the Cressida-written info sheet/press release. It's a nice enough change but needs formatting and a ref, or removal
  • Reviews? Are there any?
  • 'Composition' section
  • Resubmit for GA

[edit] Great job

Now we've split this out into an article I wonder why we ever doubted it in the first place :-) It's a cracking good start and a pleasant read. --Do not edit this comment on Wednesdays between 1 and 3 pm - The Mgmt 21:14, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

Splendido. Good call. Hopefully Doctorin' The Tardis will make similar good sense. --Vinoir 21:32, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
I'm listening to K.L.F.S. now. Sounds like a KLF remix to me. --kingboyk 22:08, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Failed Good Article

This article just doesn't seem to justify being a good article at all. It's too small, not broad enough, confusing to new readers (especially those who haven't read the What Time Is Love? article), and just doesn't match the standard of Good Articles. Please use other Good Articles as models. Also, if you haven't already, please see the Failed GA rationale on Talk:Justified and Ancient since it mostly applies here too.

I think it should be taken as a prerequisite that anyone who reads this will click on the WTIL? and read about the song first. However, I think in this case you're probably right. It is rather short. We should provide some commentary on the versions, and a brief overview of the song so that it stands alone better. Thanks very much again for your feedback. --kingboyk 01:18, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Aceed

The "Land of Oz" version is... well, that classic riff in it's most primitive form, Chill Out/Orb era samples (Dr Alex Joins The JAMs I suppose), crowd noise, quite a satisfying beat. Rather psychedelic overall. I think an audio sample would be a good addition to this article. --kingboyk 22:20, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
