I remember this movie when I was really small... Doing more research on it now, but from what I remember it was about this boy who gets in various trouble and it went in and out of cartoon and real life. There was this one song that I'm looking for that was something like "friends forever sticking together, my my my my my popoloaura" or something... Anyway, that's better than a stub at least.
