[edit] Reversion
Anonymous user 68.33.245.104 added the following sentence to the subheading, "The novel v. the film":
Widow side wins while nicolas and marlee minipulated the pro and an-taginist and got millions from tobacco side and didnt even let them win.
I see several things wrong with that sentence. One, it gives away the ending to the book; two, it is very poorly written; and three, doesn't even belong under the subheading, as it doesn't discuss the differences between the film and the book.
[edit] Correction
I'm pretty sure that the company being sued in the movie makes firearms, not cigarettes.--Grifter tm 08:15, 1 October 2005 (UTC)
In the film its weapons, in the book however it is cigarettes. I haven't seen the film, but i want to see if it follows the same basic storyline. ~~
[edit] Reason for Book/Movie Page?
I don't agree with the movie and the book being pushed together. They are quite different, and I have seen points where movies and books have had their own pages. Are there any reasons for the merger? If not, I may work on separate pages. This won't show my actualy name, but for reference I am Goofyman. 68.234.53.242 23:14, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah...the pages should be separate. I'll make a page for the movie! =D Jumping cheese Contact 06:01, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
